Our Story / ブランドについて

LIKOU is a running boutique born in Tokyo. We create apparel that accompanies you on your journey to reconnect with yourself through running, to rediscover the sensations often lost in daily life, rather than just chasing speed or records.

The brand's motto is "Reconnect." Re-establishing the connection between the runner and their body, the city, and themselves. That is the form of running that LIKOU aims for.

Design / デザインの原点

The origin of our design lies in Japanese graphic design from the 1960s. It's the silent strength of sumi ink and letterpress, and the beauty of negative space, as seen in the posters left by Ikko Tanaka and Yusaku Kamekura. We've translated that spirit into modern running wear.

A monotone base is accented with a single vivid red. Each piece carefully crafted, a fusion of functionality and a distinctly Japanese aesthetic.
